By accessing or using Loavenly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Loavenly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Loavenly provides a cloud-based nonprofit management platform for client tracking, visit logging, inventory management, donation tracking, and compliance reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of data entered, and complying with all applicable laws regarding the collection and storage of personal information.

4. Data Ownership

All data entered by your organization remains your property. Loavenly acts as a data processor on your behalf. You retain full rights to export, modify, or delete your data at any time.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Loavenly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
